Common questions

A few quick answers.

When does the gift activate?
The moment the recipient clicks their unique link. You can either deliver immediately, or schedule the welcome email for any future date — useful for birthdays, holidays, or a coordinated school-wide rollout.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes — every gift includes a personal note from you, plus the recipient's name, plus the conservation project their gift will first support. For bundles, you can use one shared message or upload a CSV with individual notes.
Can the recipient redeem to a country other than the US/UK?
Yes. Ecoflix Watch is available globally — every membership works in any country the recipient logs in from. The donation portion is processed through our US-based 501(c)(3) and is fully tax-deductible for US donors; receipts are emailed automatically.
What if they already have a membership?
No problem — the gift simply extends their existing membership by a year. If they'd rather pass it on, every gift link can be re-assigned to another recipient up to 30 days after delivery.
